Tomato curry
Ingrediens;
tomatoes 5no;,   onion 2nos;    garlic 6 cloves;    g.chillis 2no;  ;    ginger, garlic paste 1 tsp;
c /leaves;    chilli pwr 1 tbsp;      turmeric pwr 1/4 tsp;    salt to taste.  2 tbsp oil.
Step;
chop tomato, onion, garlic, & g.chillis.     place a vassel on flame. pour   oil. season mustard, fenugreek, c/leaves.then onion, g+g paste, tomato g.chillis. saute it well until get mashed.now add  chilli, turmeric pwrs to it. don't add water.on very slow fire let cook . when the raw smell goes & easing oil on top  of the fire. garnish some coriander leaves. it suits for dosai Idli even with rice.
