Get a taste of real lankan  Rotti  by  trying  my  easy recipe
Sri lankan Rotti
Ingredients   
mydha flour-2 cups , coconut grated ,1/2 cup  tsp  water
Step
Sieve the  flour and add salt  & greated coconut to it. Gradually add enough   water and knead to make a soft dough. •Keep  5 minutes  divide the dough  2 portions.
Flatten each portion with palms pressing the edges together to make 3-5 inch diameter discs. with 1/4'' thickness.  Heat a griddle at low flame and put a roSmear 2 tsp oil  around  to roast slightly   for 3-4 minutes and turn other side to get roast  and serve hot withchicken mutton,& fish gravies .it suits with coconut sambol as well.
