Potato    Apple  Poriyal
Ingredients;
Cut - 3 no potatoes   like wedges,       wash  thoughrally,    add  salt  1/4  tsp,      chili pwr 1 tsp  &  turmeric pwr 1/4      .mix well.
Step
In a pan  place potatoes, &    water 1/2 cup ,   chili, &    salt  to  it ,   Let boil   3/4  in medium fire.[don't cover d pan.]   for this preparation   water  should  be added  correctly.   Non stick pan is more better to cook.    When  d potatoes  almost done,   pour some oil   around  the pan,   shallow fry   on very sow fire .  for few minutes,  until get it roast.   In between turn over carefully without breaking  2 or 3 times. this roast goes well with Rasam Rice &Curd Rice.
